Ruffs Furze Films are constantly committed to continuously create contemporary comedy content. But that’s not the half of it!

We support local and emerging talent, both in front of and behind the camera, blending them into productions with highly experienced professionals in the business. We want to highlight and showcase talent from all walks of life, telling stories and causing laughter whilst helping bring through the next generations of comedy and filmic talent.

We released our short comedy film ‘Harvest’ in November 2021 with instantly great success, winning multiple Best Comedy Film awards at international film festivals, as well as an award for Best Directorial Debut. The team were a mix of new and old hats. The lead actor was very new to screen acting, the Assistant Director was making her debut in the role, and it was the first time the Director had directed for film. This project alone goes to show that with careful and educated selection of team members, success is something we will achieve. We are included in more festivals through 2022, and are already accumulating more prizes to add to our haul.

We are constantly looking to create more content, meet more like-minded people, and grow from our strong roots and foundation to grow into giant evergreens for years to come.
